A resource pertinent to any study of Macbeth, but produced from study of the AQA English Literature GCSE course. It is used most effectively as a revision resource, but could also be used as part of an initial study of the text.
The resource is excellent for revision (especially after some time away from the text, following holidays, different areas of study, etc), offering not only a brief summary of the play and the way in which we as the audience react to the actions of the character (a critical area of high-level analysis, as outlined by the AQA markscheme) but also analysis and explanation of key quotations relating to Macbeth himself.
The final slide offers a very brief timeline designed to rekindle existing knowledge held by students from previous understanding of the text.
