I created this marking form after seeing something similar in use at another school.
A great little time saver!
This is yours to customize - I have added an example success criteria.
How does the form work?
- Date + Title/LO is pre-written for learners (should save some time!)
- Pupils tick if they have hit an item on the success criteria, alternatively they write a 'O' or a '~' for not achieved or partially achieved. Teachers then assess against the same criteria.
- Traffic lights cab be coloured to show an effort grade.
