Mastery Decimal work Year 5 to support White Rose Hub.

I have created a Smart Notebook based upon in-depth learning towards; fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving of decimals. My notebook supports the planning of the White Rose Hub. I have used some of their example questions from the scheme and I have gone into detail on how the pupils can calculate or work out an answer accurately. I have then created my own extended versions of each question with given answers, along with supported work sheets, with all answers from using APE; Answer, Prove and Explain.

Lesson objectives met
Read, write, order and compare numbers up to three decimal places.
Recognise and use thousandths and relate them to tenths, hundredths, and decimal equivalents.
Round decimals with two decimal places to the nearest whole number and to one decimal place. Solve problems involving numbers up to three decimal places.
Use all four operations to solve problems.
