Mr Wrong Lesson starter and plenary for SPOR/FITT training principles (OCR GCSE 2016 spec)

This starter is a great way to demonstrate progress when pupils are learning the principles of training. Ask the pupils to read the pupil sheet as a starter and to highlight the errors. They should do this at the start of the first lesson. The teacher sheet provides the answers and shows all the errors that pupils SHOULD highlight. At the end of the lesson, reintroduce the sheet and ask pupils to complete the starter activity again. Pupils should be able to highlight additional "wrong answers" and should be able to correct any that they got wrong in the starter.
