Pre-writing skills are skills that children need to achieve before they can learn to write letters. Firstly, children must understand how to draw the basic shapes (i.e. circle, diagonal, straight line etc) as these help form the basis of letters. This program explores this further and provides specific examples to support teachers, parents and other adults to implement this program for their child or student.

This program outlines two weeks worth of homework ideas for students/children to work on to develop their pre-writing skills as well as making learning fun!
