Nepal Earthquake Effects and Responses Card Sort

The card sort task has been designed for the GCSE AQA syllabus. The activity is designed to be used as a lesson for students be learn and develop knowledge of key facts and knowledge of the Nepal Earthquake 2015. The card sort has been proved to effectively provide students the kay facts and knowledge required for a high level GCSE answer, this have been proven through formative assessment 24 hour later and 1 week later where students retained much of the key facts. The card sort has multiply levels of differentiation with both text and images and multiple levels of stretch and challenge as suggested within the download. The sort can be used by individuals or groups to support learning.
