This presentation works kids through what nervousness is, why it happens and provides a well researched range of strategies to deal with a variety of potential nerve racking scenarios. By the end of this session kids should have selected a scenario that makes then nervous and one or more strategies to try next time they are in this scenario. It is also recommended to get the kids to produce some of their own posters to present the strategies so that they can be placed around the classroom as a constant visual reminder.
