A lesson which is aimed towards KS4.
Pupils are given an exam style questions focusing on Nick the narrator and his opinions in Chapter 1.
Pupils are encouraged to read the extract a paragraph at a time and fill in the table, identifying quotations which prove Nick’s opinions and analyse them.
This lesson is meant to be quick paced but you could definitely adapt to suit the needs of your class.
A filled in table is also provided for the teacher.
