This lesson pack explores colour theory and formal elements with a focus on pattern and mark making.

The lesson explores different examples of pattern along with colour harmonies and formal elements. Learners are tasked to create 6 pattern designs responding to prompts, along with being tasked to create their own bespoke Converse trainer pattern design, encouraging and supporting learners in building their knowledge of colour harmonies, the formal elements, pattern structures. This lesson is perfect to be used within projects that are exploring the formal elements and colour theory.
