Peer Mentoring Set-Up Resources

These are the resources I use to run my Peer Mentor Scheme:

-Peer Mentor Assessment (I use this multiple choice as part of the application process to be a peer mentor)
-Peer Mentor Handbook (this is given to the new mentors) it has aims, rules, advice, what meetings should look like, a mentor agreement to sign and lots of ideas for fun games to play with mentees to start conversation flowing. I had to take out photos and names, obviously, but just add your own.
-Meeting Logs
-A confidentiality agreement for mentors and new mentees to sign.
-An evaluation form for mentees to fill out after they have had a series of mentor sessions
-a fun, colourful PPT slide for assembly to 'market' to the school
-Anonymity Numbers (I usually laminate these and give them to the mentees so that I can call their numbers in assembly giving their mentor times that day but it keeps them anonymous)
