This 7 page workbook takes learners through different aspects of hygiene and safety issues in the food technology lessons and real life kitchen situations, i.e. how to avoid food contamination with bacteria, avoid accidents in the kitchen. This is an ideal resource for learners to complete in class or as revision, homework or cover work.
Tasks include logical sequencing, discussing and explaining reasons for rules, discussing and explaining consequences of bad practice, illustrating rules to encourage good practice.
