This is a selection of five sound stories that support the teaching of Phase 1 phonics. They have been designed for SEND students and use Wigit symbols to support reading. There are environmental sounds on each slide that link to the story. These have been being used successfully in a SEND school for a variety of age groups but is also suitable for nursery students.
