Phase 2&3 sounds with gifs showing the hand actions for each sound. These actions represent each sound and show how and where the sound is produced.
Developed by Jane Passy to enable children to have a visual aid for producing a sound. The actions imitate what happens in the mouth when we say a sound. Beneficial for children with speech and language problems and children who have English as a second/additional language.
This resource has a repeated gif to show the action, alongside the handwriting cue from ‘Read Write Inc’. It also has a teacher explanation of how to form each sound.

I use this in my classroom everyday for recapping sounds. I have also used this resource to deliver whole school CPD on cued articulation. It really is amazing to have everything in one place and another visual cue for the children to remember the sound and the action. LOVE IT.
