Phonics Screening Assessment Score Grid

This an editable resource that you can use to input the names of the children in your class and keep track of their phonics scores throughout the year. I absolutely love a colour code! It not only brightens up my screen, it also allows me to see at a quick glance who is off track and who I need to target with intervention. There is no better feeling that seeing those reds in September turn to green by the time for the screening!
