There are sixty-seven phonics wheels which each contain a sound and pictures around the sound. The children can use clothes pegs or point to the images that start with the correct beginning sound for the single sounds. Using clothes pegs is great for supporting fine motor development. The wheels look great laminated and they last longer. I have used in EYFS as well as KS1 and usually have them on the tables/tuff spot for continuous provision (according to the sounds they are learning) and for focus activities. As the pages go on the sounds progress to a harder level. Children can find the pictures on the wheel which have the sound in the begging, middle or end of the word. The sounds included in this book are:
m, a s d t, i n p g o, c k u b, f e l h sh, r j v y w, th z ch qu x ng nk

ay, ee, igh, ow (as in snow) oo (as in zoo) oo (as in book), ar, or, air, ir, ou, oy
