plate tectonics and plate boundaries

This resource includes a jigsaw activity for the class where each of the sheet contains a list of questions for each group to work on. It is a great resource to introduce or revise plate boundaries and related topics to year 9. Depending on the ability of the students, the activity can take from 1-2 days. First day can be explanation of the activity and individual group research. The second day groups can start to share their researched work with other groups. If it is an extension class, the whole activity can be finished in one lesson only.
