I wrote this resource as a companion piece to the Geography course on Plate Tectonics, as I felt that pupils were left high and dry when it came to finding a useful application of their knowledge.

This resource looks at the other terrestrial planets, gives a brief summary of their exploration, topographic features and evidence for tectonics. We then look at reasons why The Earth is the most tectonically active planet in the Solar System.

Fascinating information on here. Needs a spell check. I also think that it may be more appropriate for KS5 rather than KS4 due to the risk of causing confusion and creating or embedding misconceptions.
