A set of three lessons following ‘Point de depart (Un œil sur le monde)’ Studio GCSE Higher French Module 8. Students are reminded how to make comparisons and discuss rights before focusing infinitive constructions and modal verbs. Students practice their skills through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities as well as additional slides to explain and practice the grammar, a trapdoor activity, differentiated translations in to English and French and a discussion task based on rights. The lessons conclude with a photo card task with student friendly criteria and an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self/peer assessment.
