The lesson looks to introduce proportion in a different way to that in a maths classroom. I taught the lesson in a Food Technology room and the students absolutely loved it! You will need to provide the ingredients for this lesson.
Great experience, just be careful that it is quite sickly. I did different sized groups so that they had to work out the proportions differently.
I have differentiated the method lists to suit the ability of those in the class.
