This worksheet shows how quadratic equations can be solved using the quadratic equation, the box method and the graph.

You can challenge higher level pupils by relating the values of 'x' and the discriminant to the points on a graph.

The resource is best used once students have at least a basic understanding of quadratic equations.

I have attached a doc and pdf, the reason why the worksheet repeats is so you have the option of printing out in A5 to save paper. Although do print it out in full A4 if you are being observed.
