These lessons to cover 2.5 hours of RE teaching linked to learning outcomes including developing understanding of the historical context, the importance of Abraham and how the Abrahamic Covenant marks the beginning of people believing in one God. It is the foundation of Judaism and in time Christianity.
Learners are challenged to think about how they can use the example of Abraham to grow in faith and deepen their relationship with God.
