A report generator, preloaded with generic comments, which will produce reports that contain 4 sentences :
- An introduction
- A comment about behaviour
- A comment about the pupil’s work
- A comment about progress
It is very simple to use, you only need to enter the pupil names and gender and then select comments from the comment bank using numbers. The comments in the comment bank can also be edited.
The pupil’s name and gender pronouns will all be entered automatically. When finished, just copy and paste the final report.

This is very good and I would give it 5 stars! BUT I can only write reports for 100 students? I have 150 reports to write? any chance you can extend the spreadsheet for me?<br /> you have locked to spreadsheet so I cannot do it myself
