This is the first in a series of Year 6 SATs Maths revision bundles. This bundle covers the ‘Number and Place Value’ unit and focusses on:
- Rounding Whole Numbers and Decimals (to 1dp, 2dp, 3dp)
- Using Negative Numbers
There is a PowerPoint for each of these two topics, plus a worksheet covering both topics, accompanied by an answer sheet and lesson plan.
PowerPoints include step-by-step modelling, collaborative tasks (partner / groupwork) and independent practice to build confidence and secure basic skills.
This resource can be used by teachers as a class lesson(s) or by parents and Year 5/6 children at home as a revision tool.
