Sovereignty and the threats of decentralisation

This is a powerpoint and worksheet which allows students to be guided through the topic of sovereignty and how decentralisation of the government can be a threat. It was created for the Edexcel IGCSE Global Citizenship programme and can be used both in class and for home / online learning. It is especially useful for EAL and SEN students, as the worksheet is structured.
