This resource is a great way to get your kids talking about all things St. Patrick’s Day! Use it as a stimulus to learn all about the Irish folklore of leprechauns, and their significance on St. Patrick’s Day.

This activity works best printed on construction paper or card.

Once it’s printed, distribute it to your students, and let them get creative, coloring and decorating their leprechauns! You can use pens, crayons, paint, or any other craft materials to bring your leprechaun masks to life!

Once they’ve been colored in, cut around the face and attach string or elastic to make your mask wearable! They’ll look just brilliant during your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, or even to display around your classroom, or even on your St. Patrick’s Day bulletin board!
