Student Friendly Weekly Behavior Tracker Form

Check out this fun and student friendly template to supplement your pre-exisiting three color behavior system. Since so many teachers out there use the cute traffic light system of red, yellow and green, this is a great way to keep track of what color students landed on each day and why. This serves as great documentation for the teacher, parents and student. Each day of the week students will fill in a color, and check one of the boxes below for why they received that color such as they need to work on following directions, or staying on task or being respectful.
