Success

Thoughts such as, what does success mean, what it is all about and what its different facets are, may enable the facilitator understand it better. Some such thoughts about success are given below.)

1. Success is victory, triumph, winning.
2. Success is the achievement of one’s goals and objectives.
3. It is the accomplishment of the tasks and targets that one sets.
   INTENT
   (The objective of the facilitation process is to help each participant explore the topic for himself, individually and independently. Following are some of the objectives of the session.)
4. To understand what is success
5. To understand what is failure
6. To analyse what determines success
7. To explore whether one’s success impacts oneself, people, nature and environment, things or situations
8. To explore whether success is own or any external factors contributes to one’s success
9. To analyse how one responds to success , how one responds to failure
10. To explore how others respond to one’s success, how others responds to one’s failure
11. To explore whether it is possible to succeed even after failure
12. To explore how one manages one’s success and failure
