In this video by Thug Notes we summise and analyse The Picture of Dorian Gray, by Oscar Wilde. The novel tells of a young man named Dorian Gray, the subject of a painting by artist Basil Hallward. Basil is impressed by Dorian's beauty and becomes infatuated with him, believing his beauty is responsible for a new mode in his art.

It's very lively, delivered in African American street culture patois and gives a simple overview of the story in a fun way. It won't get an A Level student very far (unless maybe as a pre-study starter at home) but would appeal to the naughty element of the GCSE year if you aren't scared of a parent backlash about the use of bad language.
