A nice idea using superheroes to work on distance between two coordinates. I wonder if there is a way of doing a 3D version where they are flying or on buildings?

Nice activity using superheroes as the basis for calculating the distance between coordinates. Pupils could also use their own knowledge of superheroes to create their own questions and experiment with moving the base away from (0,0). Could also ask - where would be the best place for the base to be so the superheroes have to fly the least distance overall!
