This is a great tarsia activity on multiplying two brackets together each containing a linear expression. The questions are testing and are all of the form (ax + b)(cx + d). You could use this in reverse to test factorising quadratics the x squared coefficient is greater than one but this would only be appropriate for higher. This would make a very good consolidation activity to test how well students understand the process, it would allow you to listen to their conversations and uncover any misconceptions which they have. Thank you for sharing.
