A lesson plan, based on the structure of a popular BBC tv programme called The Apprentice (no copyright infringement intended). This has been used to structure a Biology KS3/4 practical. I think it should be easy to adapt to a few practical lessons. It involves an element of peer assessment as two students (or more) have to go around inspecting the groups carrying out the practical.
