Set of lessons to accompany the study and reading of Stockett’s ‘The Help’.
Lessons were aimed at IB English B students but coud easily be used for any classes between the ages of 14 - 18.
Note that all lessons are together on one large PPT - there is enough material for approximately 16 lessons. It covers the novel up to chapter 18.
These lessons focus on comprehension-tasks, reading quizzes, independent projects and presentations plus debates and discussions surrounding the issues raised in the novel. They do not focus on literary analysis.
