The Interlinked Narratives of Holes by Louis Sachar

Using dates from the novel, I have created a timeline for all of the interlinked narratives that appear in the novel. I get pupils to draw lines between all of the different smaller timelines explaining how they are linked. It's a brilliant group task and really gets them thinking. This works well as a summary task for all year and ability groups.
