A gap fill (/missing words/fill in the blanks) activity focused on the Theory of the Four Humours by Hippocrates. This activity covers what the four humours were, who developed them and when. It also gives examples of imbalances, and how the humours were linked to astrology, personality traits and seasons.
This activity is suitable for all Medicine through Time syllabuses. There are two activities per sheet, or the text could be copied and adapted to be set as online work on a vle/sharepoint platform.
