Thermometers worksheets year two

This pack contains activity sheets to help children learn about temperature. It includes thermometer worksheets which ask children to write the temperature shown, an extension task where children are given temperatures for different places and they are asked which city has the highest/ lowest temperature.
It also includes a PowerPoint which introduces children to the topic of temperature and includes some whole class activities. There is also a steps to success sheet which can be given to pupils as a scaffold.

There are worksheets for children at all ability levels. This is activity is designed for year two. The Learning Objective is to read a scale (temperature).
