A useful Powerpoint for teaching student about mark-making, and how to create different tones using different techniques
Students have the oppitunity to create a small tonal scale using the mark-making technique above. They can then apply that technqiue to a 3D objects (with examples and animations to support students).
This resource has been designed for Key Stage 3 students.
This Powerpoint includes a Do now task, main task, and a plenary focusing on self-assessment and understanding the success criteria for material application and building tone with stippling.
It is editable as a Powerpoint and PDF version are available once purchased, so it can be changed to fit your needs.
