Tops Day Nurseries

Managers at Tops Day Nurseries, Bournemouth, are committed to investing in staff and a high standard of training to ensure high quality service. The company currently employs 90 apprentices and has trained 500 during the last 5 years. Traditionally over 50% of apprentices stay at Tops and are employed within the company's 11 nurseries and 7 play clubs. A number of those have progressed within the company to management and director positions.
