Hi Jess, are you still planning on posting the final 2 lessons?
Very useful. <br /> Is this the last of the transition resources?
Wow, these resources are brilliant! I've never commented on a resource before but these are just so helpful and so well prepared I felt compelled to let you know. Thanks so much for preparing these!!
A huge amount of work in this and it will be useful for many years too. Lots of practical information given about organising homework and examples of planners and how to be organised. Lots of useful resources to ease children's anxiety about the transition and as this is an important subject, the children will be extremely engaged. It would take a good few hours to replicate these resources. Well worth it.
