UK Teacher Planner

Ever get tired of trying to find the perfect planner but never seeming to find one that fits all your needs? I’ve created this planner that can be completely personalised based on the things that I’ve found I’ve needed most throughout the school year and some that I’ve never had before now.

**The planner includes: **

-Title page with personal details space (in case it gets lost and can be returned when its been left in the staff room) and school details so you always have the school address and number to hand and a timetable to view

-Calendars for 2020-2021 and space for noting down important events in the next academic year

-Contact logs for when you contact parents, you have a nifty sheet to note down, the date, who you’re calling about, why and how you contacted home.

-BTEC tracking pages (can be converted to suit other coursework based qualifications)

-Mock exams and national exam dates- these are currently filled in with the provisional dates provided for AQA Science (big shout out to all my fellow science teachers! But this can be easily edited for any subject).

-Lesson planning pages in two formats, a day to view with lessons broken down or week to view; delete which ever ones you don’t want

-Class lists and registers

-Duke of Edinburgh organisation and tracking pages (for those of us involved in the award).

-A log for CPD completed in the year (because who ever actually remembers to note that down unless prompted, and then it comes to our annual reviews and you’re sat scratching your head trying to recall it all!)

-Larger timetable to have at the back so you can view it quickly.

-Periodic tables and Science formulae

These planners can be printed in either A4 or A5, but you will need to provide your own binder.
Editable version is in Microsoft Publisher file format, and a PDF is available for those who do not have publisher (but this can not be edited).

*Note: Files from publisher to make into an A5 format will need to be converted into PDF’s via the ‘save as’ button once you have personalised your planner and then printed as an A5 booklet with Adobe.
