WJEC Level 3 Food Science and Nutrition - This could be used for all the units, just needs slight adapting. But I made this fro the Catering brief in mind.
The powerpoint goes through the AC’s in detail to help the students.
There is also a template for the students to use, so they can have an idea of how to meet all the ACs and how to lay out their coursework.
