Children count / are counted to and change position when ten is reached, from lying down, to jogging on the spot, to sitting quietly. The children then sing / are sung a finger counting song that can be adapted to count any new piece of vocab. This song is easy to find on Youtube

could be used in a PE lesson where you have the space and be adapted for other languages too. Brilliant for including children who are new to English if you do it in their home language - thank you
I like the kinaesthetic approach in this activity it will keep all the children with busy hands and feet engaged being busy and learning Spanish!
