Students will be able to discover the joy of creating art, recycling and saving the environment with a common household recyclable material- the plastic bottle. The children will create their very own puppet by customizing it with different features. They will use their imagination to bring it to life whether it becomes a superhero or an animal- what kind of puppets await from this project? It is the child’s turn to take the first step. A learning objective, subject summary and application in real life, materials needed for each student and the step by step directions needed to create this lesson are all detailed in each of my lesson plans.
