Week 1 Colourful semantics (Sky Hawk by Gill Lewis - writing a diary entry)

This comprehensive English resource is based on the popular novel “Sky Hawk” by Gill Lewis and provides a week’s worth of engaging lessons. Using colourful semantics, the resource focuses on improving learners’ sentence structure and writing skills. The cycle of work leads to the creation of a diary entry as Iona, with a particular focus on developing three essential skills including; fronted adverbials, consistent use of past tense, and subordinate clauses (this can differentiated).
