A clear worksheet (+ additional differentiated version for SEN/ EAL) for your students to write down the main ways that the Romans changed Britain.
There are 2 columns, I have my students write the points down in the first column and then draw a symbol/ picture in the second column to depict their explanation.
For SEN or EAL, I give them the sheet with the writing bit filled in and they just need to draw something to depict that.
