Writing Suspense - Creative Writing

This lesson encourages students to use sensory description to create suspenseful writing. The resource uses an image as stimulus and gets students to build up a suspenseful description. There is then an added component where students use suspenseful writing techniques to improve the introduction to an original short story. The second of this lesson implements group work. Additionally there is a HW task at the end, an extended writing task to complete the intro to the story.
