These arithmetic tests for Year 1 have been designed to asses a pupils understanding when using addition. There are 8 different tests that can be used throughout the year to see the progress in pupils understanding. Alternatively, they could be used at the start and end of units to show progress.
They are designed with KS1 SATs assessments in mind, exposing children to the layout they can expect, making them far less intimidating when they finally sit them.
