Year 3/4 new curriculum maths medium term planning

I have created a plan for a year 3, year 4 or a mixed year 3/4 class. I have included 6 weeks worth of lessons for each half term. The plan includes the topic, a summary of the activities and the expected learning outcome. All of the topics and outcomes have been take straight from the new 2014 national curriculum. This was a lot of work but is a great tool to work from as you know that each aspect of the national curriculum has been covered.
