This is the THIRD in a 6 part scheme of geography lessons which has been produced to cover the transition in geography from year 6-7, which establishes students understanding of geography and helps them to develop the key skills for success.

This THIRD lesson concentrates on locating the school in the context of the city; country; continent and world. It involves locating key places in the world and labeling them on maps; using compass directions and describing locations.

Ideal for learning and practising geographical skills.

The three slides would need slight adaptation for those schools outside the greater London area.
