These two lessons can be used to introduce year 7's to Secondary Science.
The first lesson is a short lesson and simply covers the basic lab safety. The second lesson covers basic lab equipment, including the scientific drawings. Followed by how a Bunsen works. A worksheet is provided for students to label and i have created a 10 question quiz as a mini-plenary to gauge student progress. Finally, if you have time there is a basic heating water practical for students to try once they have obtained their Bunsen burner licence.

First lesson was really good, second lesson does not work which makes this not value for money. I contacted TES and they contacted the author who has done nothing about it, hence the low rating. Avoid until changed!
