Full resource for Year 8 Fair Trade Biscuit Design unit, 7 weeks (double lessons/ 14 single) in length. Could easily be fleshed out for a longer unit or adapted for higher or lower levels.

Unit focuses on exploring biscuit making methods, ingredients and functions, evaluation writing, ingredient functions experiment, fair trade and students designing their own final fair trade biscuit.
